Luann is a Brownwood native and is married with three grown children and one grandbaby. She and her husband Joe have been active members of Victory Life Church since 1984. Before getting her real estate license in 1999, Luann worked in the secretarial field for 26 years and owned/operated a home business for 7 years. I have always been intrigued by the real estate industry and enjoy the process of meeting new people and also working again with past clients. I also have experience in buying and selling investment property, as well, and have learned many tricks to the trade (including the “what not to do”)! I grew up just right down the road in Bangs. I have lived in the Brownwood area all my life with the exception of a few years while attending college at Angelo State University. I earned a B.A. degree in Psychology and went on to pursue a career in the social services industry as a Case Manager for a child placing agency. Simpson was born and raised in Brownwood. A graduate of Brownwood High School, Simpson also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed real estate courses at Texas A&M. Her lifelong friendships and relationships within the Brownwood community help her as she directs clients looking to buy or sell property in the area. Steve Goodwin
I am a Native of Brownwood. Graduated from Brownwood High School. Attended Howard Payne University on Athletic Scholarship and graduated with a BBA. My wife Brenda and I have two children, both grads of BHS, one attended HPU and Tarleton State, and the other attended ACC in Austin and Texas State. Both are married. I have experience in the retail business here in rownwood where I served on the boards of Main Street Project, member of Downtown Brownwood, Inc. and Chamber member. I worked for a local property and casualty agency, and was area manager in San Antonio for GE's Financial Services Division covering most of south Texas. I previously carried securities licenses and property adjusters license, currently a licensed insurance general agent and member of Brownwood Association of Realtors. My main focus in Real Estate is in residential properties and Farm and Ranchland. I can also be of assistance with finding the right insurance for that home or property and insuring that loan.
